SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Program description
Jason R. Breit, Esq., P.C. operates a text messaging program for customers who ask to hear from us by text. When you opt in, we may send you consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and updates about your estate planning matter.
How you opt in
You join the program by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website and providing your mobile number, or by texting us first. Consent is never assumed from you simply providing a phone number, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will generally only receive messages that relate to a request you made or to work we are actively doing for you — we do not send recurring marketing blasts.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan, not from us. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what your plan includes.
How to opt out
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further texts unless you opt in again. Replying UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT works the same way, and we honour any other reasonable request to stop.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (516) 391-0389.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside our control.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number. Any sharing with service providers is limited to what is needed to deliver the messages you asked for. See our Privacy Policy SMS Terms for how we handle your information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
