I would give 10 stars if possible. We used AYS Party Rentals for HG's 60th Anniversary. And that was the BEST decision. They reply to calls and emails quickly and are easy to talk to (something you will greatly need when planning an event as it makes it so much easier). Brandon and Kristen were very accommodating making sure all our rental needs are available. Brandon, the owner, is very hands-on with the business too. Their supplies, are also well maintained and taken care of. I highly recommend. You would want a supplier you can highly depend on, and that is definitely them.

How does the online quote work?
Add rental items and quantities from any category. Your quote updates instantly with each line total, 13% HST on the items and your delivery choice. When you are ready, add your event details to create your quote. You can view it, download a branded PDF, and email it to our team only when you choose to.
Is my quote request a confirmed booking?
No. Sending a quote request does not confirm your rentals. Our team reviews every request and contacts you to confirm availability, timing and any details for your event.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat $40. You can also choose self pickup from our Mississauga warehouse at 3171 Lenworth Drive, Unit #3, and the delivery fee is removed from your quote.
Do you charge HST?
Yes. 13% HST is applied to rental items. The delivery fee is shown separately and is not taxed.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes. We deliver 7 days a week. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm.
Can I make changes after I send my request?
Of course. Call us at 905-279-7202 or email info@ayspartyrentals.ca and we will update your order.
